Programme Details

On our Marketing & Customer Experience Graduate Programme, you’ll learn how we put our customers at the heart of everything we do:

• Digital: Support in developing and maintaining a strong content presence across the brands' digital touchpoints to ensure our customers receive up-to-date information about our model ranges and campaigns in our digital estate.
• CRM: Maximise CRM marketing activities for the brand and retailer network, building stronger relationships with customers through insights and data to support buying and ownership experiences.
• Performance Marketing: Support creating results-driven campaigns within digital marketing to build demand and deliver innovative marketing approaches across our digital channels.
• Customer Management: Work closely with our Customer Service Centre and Customer Insights Program to deliver improvements in customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

What Do You Need?

We're looking for people with curiosity and drive to succeed, seeking out opportunities to learn, develop, and stretch themselves. If you share that desire and want to be part of our success, you're a good match.

You should hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen on applications from students with a creative eye, great communication skills, and a passion for customers. We prefer graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office. You also need to have the right to work in the UK.

Assessment Process

Our graduate recruitment process is designed to showcase your abilities. You'll begin with numerical and situational judgement tests. Successful completion invites you to an online video interview, followed by a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027. There, you'll participate in activities based on real-life tasks, meet managers and current graduates. Successful candidates will be offered a place shortly after and will join us in September 2027.
