  • Performing high-standard routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and multi-point inspections across VAG models and specialist vehicles.
  • Assisting with the technical setup, diagnostic workflow, and tooling for our new VAG department.
  • Utilizing advanced diagnostic software to trace, map, and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Executing core mechanical overhauls including cambelts, chains, clutches, brakes, suspension, and engine components.

    NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
  • Proven hands-on experience working on VAG (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or prestige platforms inside an independent or main dealer setting.
  • Strong diagnostic capability and confidence with mechanical/electrical fault-finding.
  • Valid full UK driving licence.
