Working across various systems to ensure training records and sessions are maintained and actively promoting on communication channels.
What’s in it for you?
As an undergraduate on one of our placements, you'll receive a £23,500 salary, 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, access to our car schemes, pension scheme, employee well-being support, an on-site restaurant, and shopping discounts.
What do you need?
To be successful in this role, you'll have strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. A passion for exceptional customer service, proactive attitude, positivity, and delivery focus are essential. You should be able to communicate effectively within the People Team and with business stakeholders both verbally and in writing. Our placement is open to any university student eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027. You should be on a sandwich degree offering a one-year industrial placement. We prefer students to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office for work/life balance reasons.
Assessment Process
Upon applying, you will need to complete numerical and situational judgment assessments. Successful completion will invite you to an online video interview, providing an opportunity for us to learn more about you. The final step involves attending a face-to-face assessment centre with real-life tasks, meetings with managers and current placement students. This process helps determine if a placement here is the right fit. Successful candidates will be offered a place shortly after the assessment centre.
