Your Role As a vital member of our technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, brake overhauls, clutch replacements, timing belts/chains, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Utilize official ODIS and modern diagnostic tools to systematically troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards to deliver clean "first-time fix" results and maintain workshop efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth job flow and uphold our long-standing reputation for customer trust.
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Proven experience working in a professional workshop setting with strong knowledge of VAG platforms (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda). F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it). - Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools for daily workshop repair tasks. Strong diagnostic mindset, keen eye for detail, and a reliable work ethic.
