The predicted salary is between 34000 - 34000 £ per year.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am - 1:00pm (41.5 hours per week). As part of the Birmingham Audi Preparation Centre, you will play a key role in preparing used vehicles to Audi’s high standards before delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections on used vehicles to Audi standards
  • Perform mechanical repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicle exteriors and interiors
  • Fit approved accessories
  • Complete all relevant documentation prior to vehicle handover
  • Carry out road testing where necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a fully qualified or part-qualified technician.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as road testing may be required.
  • Experience in automotive sectors such as Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or Apprentice Vehicle Technician.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or working towards completion.
