Our two-year structured scheme gives you all the support and development you need to help reshape the way the world moves. You’ll enjoy a range of placements to develop your skills, share your ideas and be a valued member of each team.
On our Sales Graduate Programme, you’ll spend time across our sales teams to understand how we drive performance across our brands and ensure our customers can drive the vehicles they love.
Fleet Sales: You’ll spend time in Fleet Sales to understand corporate & public sector fleets, contract hire and leasing. You’ll have the opportunity to support with sales analysis, operational development and project work in this varied rotation.
Network Sales: You’ll support our UK wide retail network by providing insight and analysis, working on network campaigns and programmes to drive sales and getting involved with projects and events.
What do you need?
We’re looking for people with curiosity and drive to succeed and who seek out opportunities to learn, develop and stretch themselves. If you share that desire and want to be a part of our success, you’re a good match.
You’ll need to hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with good interpersonal skills, detail orientation and creativity.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn’t want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office. You’ll also need to have the right to work in the UK.
What\’s in it for you?
As a Graduate, you\’ll start on a £31,800 salary. You\’ll also receive 27 days\’ holiday – plus bank holidays – access to our car schemes, pension scheme, a range of flexible benefits, employee wellbeing support, an on-site restaurant, cycle to work scheme and shopping/entertainment discounts.
What\’s the assessment process?
Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you\’ve hit the apply button, you\’ll be asked to complete numerical and situational judgment tests. If you successfully complete these, we\’ll invite you to complete an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you.
The final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2026, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real-life tasks. You\’ll also have a chance to meet some of our managers and the current graduate cohort.
Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will join us in September 2026.
