On our Reporting & Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll spend time across our Product Planning teams who make sure our cars meet customer needs and are competitive and available when they want them. You’ll contribute to ensuring our brands continue to deliver the cars our customers love.
Product
In your product rotation, you’ll provide insight and analysis to support decision making on new model line ups, the lifecycle management of our cars and their specifications and pricing.
Tactical
You’ll work within our tactical teams to develop and track the performance of a range of incentive campaigns to help our brands achieve their sales and order targets.
Sales Planning & Supply
In this rotation you’ll support in the planning and reporting of sales and order take and provide insight into key market and segment trends.

What\'s the assessment process?
Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you\'ve hit the apply button,you\'llbe asked to completenumerical andsituationaljudgement tests. If you successfully complete these, we\'ll invite you to complete an online video interview sothatwehavea chance to get to know you.
Thefinal step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2026, where you will take part in a range ofactivitiesbased on real-life tasks.You\'llalsohavea chance to meet some ofourmanagers and the current graduate cohort.
Successfulcandidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will joinusin September 2026.
