About the Role
One Aftersales is recruiting for a field-based Regional Performance Manager for TPS. This full-time, permanent role reports to the National Performance Manager and involves delivering regional TPS sales and profit performance through tactical and strategic leadership of 17 TPS centres in your region. In this highly commercial role covering the London and South area, you will build relationships with our investor network (TPS centres operate on an agency model). You will ensure operations are compliant, well resourced and delivering consistently high levels of customer service, drive performance, implement growth initiatives and meet both strategic and tactical objectives across the region. The role is challenging with no two days the same, requiring at least 60% of time on the field (including occasional head office visits) and the rest working remotely or from another location.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regional TPS turnover and profit objectives
- Drive sales results from TPS growth programmes and marketing activity
- Agree and review monthly performance commitments and action plans with TPS Centres
- Implement and manage TPS growth initiatives and programmes
- Use reporting and data to performance manage and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and share best practice to improve business efficiency
- Influence a step change in network culture and people management
- Work collaboratively with National Sales and Account teams to maximise performance delivery
