Volkswagen Passenger Cars are recruiting for a Product Analyst on a full time, fixed term contract basis until April 2027. This is a fantastic opening to work at the heart of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, delivering our products to the UK, supporting the business to succeed with its ambitions for the future.
What you could be doing:
- Responsible for the marketing process and management of all product data e.g. via the online configurator, product group brochure and price lists (both electronic and printed where appropriate), 3rd party/Influencer files, and group data systems required for direct sales and enterprise-wide systems.
- Reporting directly into the Product Manager, responsible for the set up and maintenance of multiple product systems and model data on a day to day basis.
- Manage aspects of the vehicle ordering, product information set up, pricing systems and reporting.
- Ensure that vehicles are built and priced correctly and with the right specification for the UK market.
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and external third parties to support with customer and retailer queries.
- Attend Brand Product introductions in multiple locations, with potential for abroad travel, attending UK conferences and presenting opportunities, both recorded and live to the network.
- Support the Product Managers with analysis and reporting of model performance and competitive positioning.
- Ensure any revised ways of working are captured formally, introduced into the VWGUK/Brand processes.
- Support and take an active role in the establishment of new processes, technology, ways of working, rules of engagement and business needs relating to business transformation projects.

- Comfortable using a variety of systems and ability to use Excel confidently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
- A team player and confident communicator – stakeholder management is key.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
