What you could be doing:
- Deliver insight into network performance and present it clearly, meaningfully and in market context.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements, shape solutions, and deliver metrics, dashboards and other outputs that support improved Aftersales performance across the retailer network, field teams and wider stakeholders within Volkswagen Group UK and HQ.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing conflicting demands and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and Excel skills.
- High degree of commercial awareness and acumen.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Qlik or similar BI tools.
- Experience of automotive Aftersales is an advantage, but not essential.
