About The Role
One Aftersales is recruiting for a TPS Parts Performance Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis. Reporting into the Parts Operations Finance Manager, you will be responsible for translating planning round volumes into Trade Parts Specialists Centre opportunity at channel level (parts, accessories and oil). You will also lead on all TPS data and reporting activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning. You will be responsible for driving performance by identifying commercial opportunities and launching programmes and processes to address these.
Whilst no two weeks are exactly the same, typical activities will be:
- Fielding performance related queries from our network of 65 TPS centre managers
- Analysing performance to identify data trends to exploit for sales growth opportunities
- Reviewing sales promotion performance
- Updating network balanced scorecards
- Management of data apprentice and assist with the distribution of daily reporting

- High degree of commercial awareness and acumen, demonstrating a good understanding of the Aftersales business

- Strong ability with advanced Excel
- Ability to use or learn Power BI and VBA
