About The Role
We are excited to offer several Data & Analytics Reporting industrial placements, starting in June 2026.
What will you be doing?
We are a business built on data so whichever data and analytics reporting role you’re matched to, you’ll support in delivering the essential insights we need to help us provide the products our customers love.
You’ll analyse internal and external data, support with forecasting, and put together reports to inform critical decisions, as well as get involved in project work and offer team support.
What can we offer you?
As an undergraduate on one of our placements, you\’ll receive a £23,500 salary. You\’ll also receive 27 days\’ holiday – plus bank holidays –, access to our car schemes, pension scheme, employee well-being support, an on-site restaurant and shopping discounts.
What do you need?
To be successful in this role you must enjoy gathering and manipulating data from a wide range of sources. You\’ll have excellent analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach and with good attention to detail. You’ll also be interacting with stakeholders around the business so you’ll need to have good people skills.
Our placement is open to any university student who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2026. You should be on a sandwich degree which offers a one-year industrial placement.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn\’t want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.
What\’s the assessment process?
Once you have hit the apply button, you will be asked to complete numerical assessment and situational judgment assessments. If you successfully complete these, we will invite you to an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know you a little more about you.
Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks. You will also have a chance to meet some of our managers and also the existing student placement cohort to find out more about the scheme.
This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
If you’re ready to charge up your career, apply now.
