One Aftersales are recruiting for an Aftersales Product Manager on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Aftersales Product Marketing Manager, you will manage an agreed portfolio of Aftersales products to deliver sales growth, identifying the most successful routes to market and managing suppliers and stakeholders to deliver purchase, sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately set up, competitively positioned across all sales channels, and optimised throughout their lifecycle. You will monitor market trends, identify new commercial opportunities and drive profitability by staying ahead of the market.

This role is focussed on developing our parts portfolio for segment 3 vehicles, as part of our Brands at TPS proposition. Working alongside another Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full end to end lifecycle management of the parts portfolio including managing the ongoing performance and success of the current parts portfolio as well as identifying new opportunities to further grow this range and drive turnover. You will work closely with market-leading aftermarket suppliers, our factory in Kassel as well as colleagues from across the One Aftersales division of our business to ensure success.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Strong product management expertise including lifecycle management and launching commercial initiatives
  • High level of commercial awareness with experience delivering sales, margin and profit targets
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing external suppliers, contracts, pricing and commercial agreements
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within a customer-focused organisation and delivering results through cross-functional teams
