One Aftersales are recruiting for a TPS Parts Performance Manager on a Full Time Permanent basis. Reporting into the Parts Operations Finance Manager, you will translate planning round volumes into Trade Parts Specialists Centre opportunity at channel level (parts, accessories and oil). You will lead all TPS data and reporting activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning, and drive performance by identifying commercial opportunities and launching programmes and processes to address these.

Typical activities:

  • Fielding performance related queries from our network of 65 TPS centre managers
  • Analysing performance to identify data trends to exploit for sales growth opportunities
  • Reviewing sales promotion performance
  • Updating network balanced scorecards
  • Managing data apprentice and assisting with the distribution of daily reporting

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Programme/project management
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing conflicting demands and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High degree of commercial awareness and acumen, demonstrating a good understanding of the Aftersales business
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues
  • Analytical and insight experience
  • Strong ability with advanced Excel
  • Ability to use or learn Power BI and VBA
