What you will be doing? Reporting into the Group Warranty and Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for the launch and complete management of Group wide Safety Recall campaigns, Non-code actions, Service campaigns with or without customer contact, Pre delivery campaigns, Stop Sales/ Stop drive to target rates including all customer contact (Retail & Fleet). You will lead collaboration of safety issues between Internal Brands & One Aftersales/ Factory Consumer Protection/ UK authorities/ Legal (UK/ Factory & External). You will also be responsible for the reporting of completion rates to UK authorities and for complex discussion and agreement with factory consumer protection departments and Government agencies (DVSA/DVLA) to determine campaign profiles. You will also be leading campaign completion performance in alignment to Factory requirements and DVSA Code of practice.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role: You will have a high level of automotive competency and experience, ideally at a manufacturer/importer in a technical/aftersales environment. Have strong technical knowledge and be a fully qualified automotive technician with experience of handling safety issues. Comfortable with working with different factory and aftersales systems and databases at pace. Strong excel, data and analytical skills with the ability to work to the highest level of detail. Understanding of the UK legal / regulatory framework especially in relation to consumer Protection/ GDPR. Customer focused with strong interpersonal and influencing skills along with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and communicate in a concise and authoritative way. Able and willing to take ownership of problems, issues and proactively resolve them. Experience of working collaboratively across all areas of a business.
