GCS are recruiting for a Group Fleet Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the Head of Group Fleet & Insight Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, continuous improvement and governance of the Group Fleet Agency sales operations. You will lead both internal teams and outsourced partners across Fleet Agency sales operations, including direct sales, rental and emergency services customers. You will be responsible for ensuring fleet sales processes, systems and dealer interactions work efficiently, consistently and in line with brand and group objectives. You will work closely with brand fleet sales teams and the dealer network to support sales targets, improve customer experience and deliver reliable service levels.
