We are recruiting for an Aftersales Programme Development Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager you will be responsible for designing and developing projects and products to drive customer retention, network profitability and sustainable growth in network revenue.
  • You will focus on maintaining existing customers, regaining lost customers and maximising margin and volume contribution.
  • You will also grow and develop the range of network and customer offerings.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Used to working with and managing external suppliers to deliver KPIs and SLAs.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused organisation.
  • Analytical skills and commercial ability to identify opportunities for revenue and/or growth.
  • Good organisational and numerical skills to deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of delivering results through other functions and teams.
