Our two-year structured scheme gives you all the support and development you need to help reshape the way the world moves. Youll enjoy a range of placements to develop your skills, share your ideas and be a valued member of each team.
On our Sales Graduate Programme, youll spend time across our sales teams to understand how we drive performance across our brands andensure our customers can drive the vehicles they love.
Fleet Sales : Youll spend time in Fleet Sales to understand corporate & public sector fleets, contract hire and leasing. Youll have the opportunity to support with sales analysis, operational development and project work in this varied rotation.
Network Sales : Youll support our UK wide retail network by providing insight and analysis, working on network campaigns and programmes to drive sales and getting involved with projects and events.

You'llneedto hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with good interpersonal skills, detail orientation and creativity.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we requireourgraduates to be based within areasonabledistance from ourMilton Keynes head office.You'llalsoneedtohavethe right toworkin the UK.

What's the assessment process?
Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you've hit the apply button,you'llbe asked to completenumerical andsituationaljudgement tests. If you successfully complete these, we'll invite you to complete an online video interview sothatwehavea chance to get to know you.
Thefinal step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027, where you will take part in a range ofactivitiesbased on real-life tasks.You'llalsohavea chance to meet some ofourmanagers and the current graduate cohort.
Successfulcandidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will joinusin September 2027.
