One Aftersales is recruiting for a Demand Generation Manager on a full time permanent basis responsible for the delivery of high-impact aftersales programmes and marketing activity across Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA and ŠKODA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will drive strategies to increase customer retention, recover lapsed customers and maximise profitability through all service, parts and accessories channels.
  • This role carries a focus on improving service, parts and accessories sales through marketing, promotion and network engagement ensuring meaningful contribution to commercial growth.
  • You will lead a broad and commercially focused portfolio of activity, including:
    • Enhancing service and parts performance by developing targeted programmes, pricing strategies and communications.
    • Leading the development and promotion of accessories marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue.
    • Coordinating national and retailer level accessories campaigns, ensuring message consistency and commercial alignment.
    • Using customer and vehicle data to identify accessories demand opportunities throughout the ownership lifecycle.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Broad experience in sales and/or aftersales functions.
  • Experience managing agencies and working to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Experience of product management, campaign development and digital integration.
  • Analytical skills and ability using data to identify opportunities for growth and margin.
  • Excellent project management skills to successfully deliver strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional influencing skills across a wide audience including senior management.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance short term actions with strategic projects.
  • A high degree of commercial awareness.
