- Do you take pride in high quality, detail driven case management? You’ll ensure effective management of ER cases through accurate tracking, detailed documentation and clear audit trails. Working collaboratively with the HR Operations team, you’ll regularly review case activity, use data to identify trends and make insightful, commercial recommendations.
- Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and absence management? You’ll lead on sickness absence casework, providing expert advice and support in line with employment legislation. This includes liaising with Occupational Health and third party wellbeing providers, identifying absence trends and supporting managers to take timely, appropriate action that prioritises employee wellbeing.
- Do you enjoy coordinating and delivering annual HR processes? You’ll lead the planning and coordination of HR Cycle activities for your client areas, including facilitating performance calibration sessions and developing high quality guidance and training materials. You’ll analyse performance data to support annual remuneration processes and collaborate with colleagues across Learning & Development and Reward & Benefits to deliver a seamless end-to-end performance management process.
- Want to make a broader impact across the people agenda? You’ll support the wider HR Operations team with the delivery of people plans, including talent, succession and resourcing initiatives, while acting as a trusted expert who identifies and mitigates risk and offers practical, compliant solutions.
