About The Role
SALARY: Up to 65,000 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Permanent, 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Technical Assistant, working in our Executive Office, to provide analytical and operational support to the CEO and CFO, ensuring they have timely, accurate insights and well-prepared materials to drive effective strategic and operational decision-making. This high-impact and analytical role will be instrumental in delivering clear executive insights, streamlined leadership reporting, and well-coordinated inputs that enable faster, data-driven decision-making at the most senior level, while requiring strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Translate complex financial, operational and regulatory information into clear, executive-level insights
- Produce concise briefings, reports and presentations by distilling data from across the organisation
- Provide proactive analytical, technical and coordination support to the CEO and CFO, working closely with the Executive Assistant
- Partner with Data and Performance teams to develop effective executive reporting, dashboards and KPI/OKR tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HQ stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow
- Support executive governance activity, including Board and regulatory reporting, alongside the Head of Executive and Strategy
- Integrate inputs from multiple teams to ensure consistent, high-quality and compliant executive reporting
- Support executive-led investigations, fact-finds and strategic projects
- Conduct research on key business issues, delivering clear recommendations and business cases
- Continuously improve executive reporting, data visualisation and information flow across the Executive team
