We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our team as a Product Owner, focusing on creating, developing and delivering cutting-edge products and services that drive our Credit Risk function and support the expansion of new commercial propositions and opportunities. As a Product Owner, you will own and drive technical products and services from inception to completion, working in a cross-functional technical team to promptly deliver innovative risk management solutions to the market. You will engage with stakeholders across various levels to understand the requirements and ensure the successful integration of products and platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and drive technical products and services from inception to completion, including management and prioritisation of features backlog and constant iteration ensuring product delivery runs smoothly, on time and within budget and meeting aligned targets.
- Define and lead a cross functional technical team to promptly deliver propositions and solutions to the market.
- Own the delivery of risk management-focused products and prioritise features to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Guide and support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Management, driving strategic buy-in for investment in necessary technology products.
- Collaborate with Channel Managers and Product Owners to understand customer, retailer and brand needs, translating them into clear requirements.
- Influence the technology product roadmap, ensuring that necessary capabilities align with our commercial requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing digital and new technology solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development, ideally in a Product Owner role.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve commercial performance targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities within complex environments.
- Experience in risk management is desirable, with a passion for driving digital innovation in the risk function.

Hybrid Working:

We would also expect new colleagues joining us to work from the office for the entirety of their training period until competent in role.
