  Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July

  Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

  To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Masters students are not eligible for this placement.

  Were looking for an undergraduate to join our Remarketing team as a Pricing Analyst Undergraduate where you will support pricing decisions for vehicles sold through remarketing channels. You will use market trends, historic performance, Tableau and internal data to help maximise vehicle disposal values and stock churn. If you want a vehicle pricing, remarketing and market insight placement where your work contributes to real business outcomes, we want to hear from you!
  What will you be doing?
  Analyse market trends and historic vehicle performance to support accurate pricing recommendations.
  Manually price exception vehicles, considering specification, age, mileage, sales channel and market conditions.
  Monitor and update pricing within the Pricing Model to help achieve strong vehicle values.
  Review driversales channel performance and provide summaries with pricing recommendations supported by data.
  Produce and manage management information using Tableau.
  Monitor internal VWFS data to identify market movements and returns volume trends.
  Benchmark industry-wide performance to support process improvements and leadership in the leasing sector.
  Create monthly UK disposal data submissions for VWG and HQ.
  
  What are we looking for?
  Studying towards a Business or Economics related degree.
  Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  Developing analytical skills and confidence using systematic thought processes.
  High attention to detail, quality, consistency and accuracy.
  Self-motivated with strong organisation skills and initiative.
  Able to adapt to change, take ownership and meet strict deadlines.
  Developing written and verbal communication skills, including confidence to engage, influence or challenge audiences.

  What our recruitment process looks like:

  Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.

  Youll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.

  If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.

  If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. Youll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

  Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVIs criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
