h2 Remarketing Service Inspector - Milton Keynes /h2 p ul id= ctl00_ctl00_ContentContainer_mainContent_fcVacancyDetailsDescription_ITSFields li p p h2 About The Role /h2 /p /p /li li p p p !-- 2023.1.117.45 -- p strong SALARY: from 29,854.00 pa dependent on experience (FTE) /strong /p p strong LOCATION: One Delaware Drive with frequent travel to Bruntingthorpe /strong /p p strong HYBRID WORKING: /strong Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role. /p p strong HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE : Part Time Permanent - 32 hours per week /strong /p p strong CLOSING DATE: 02/09/2026 /strong We reserve the right to close the advert earlier If we receive a high volume of applications. /p p Were looking for a strong Remarketing Services Inspector /strong to ensure that volume, quality and spend on all vehicles at central storage is controlled. /p p This strong specialist /strong role will be instrumentalin delivering the successful field auditing of key vehicle pre-sale processes. /p p strong What youll be doing: /strong /p ul li Responsible for authorisation of vehicle refurbishment within agreed guidelines and tactical initiatives /li li Ensuring the budget allocated to refurbishment spend is appropriately used to maximise return on investment /li li Reconciliation of back up data for completed work against invoices, checking and approving for payment /li li Monitoring of stock throughput, ensuring pre-sale processes are prioritised and stock churn targets are maintained /li li Responsible for checking the condition of stock and escalating any issues regarding damage or inappropriate storage or use of vehicles /li li Monitoring the security provisions ensuring that security measures meet contractual obligations and any gaps are immediately addressed and escalated to Remarketing Senior Management /li li Providing factual and accurate reports and summaries for formal supplier review meetings /li li Providing on-site support and guidance for the quarterly stock audit including pre-audit checks of stock at locations across sites /li /ul p strong What youll bring: /strong /p p Youll have excellent attention to detail with the adaptability to be able to work across different locations throughout the week. /p p strong Essential experience skills /strong /p ul li Experience of working under pressure as well as having a flexible approach to work and working hours /li li Solid experience within the automotive/financial service industry, preferably in Remarketing. /li li Detailed understanding of the end to end de-fleet, pricing and remarketing processes. /li li A thorough understanding of the operational processes at the VWFS de-fleet and auction facilities. /li li Experience of planning a weekly program of work. /li /ul p strong Whats in it for you? /strong /p p strong Bonus: /strong Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance) /p p strong Pension: /strong Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%).
