About The Role
SALARY: From £26,368 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full time fixed term contract, ends February 2027

We’re looking for an Operational Improvement Analyst to support our Remarketing department by enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening processes and ensuring systems are fully prepared for business needs. In this role you will need strong data analysis skills, contribute to project delivery and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep operations running smoothly and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver high‑quality data analysis, insights and root‑cause findings to the Operational Improvement Lead and wider stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation that aligns with the Remarketing strategy and delivers measurable operational benefits.
- Support the development, definition and tracking of key efficiency KPIs, including days‑to‑sale to monitor performance and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with all teams across the Remarketing function to ensure joined‑up process improvements and strong operational alignment.
- Work closely with Customer Operations, Fleet (vehicle inflow) and Finance teams to support seamless end‑to‑end processes, including supplier management.
