About The Role

SALARY: Starting from 24,950pa dependent on experience

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week

Start date for this role is 3rd August 2026, training can take up to 8 weeks which will be office based every day Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

We're looking for a Customer Services Advisor to deliver outstanding support across the full lifecycle of our customers' finance agreements from application to contract completion. This customer-focused role plays a key part in building long-term loyalty by resolving a variety of enquiries using multiple systems and processes. Your ability to provide high-quality service will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
  • Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
  • Close liaison with all other departments within VWFS.
  • Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role.
  • Administration tasks such as validating customer documentation, processing end of contract options and making changes to customer agreement in its life cycle.
  • Accurately updating relevant systems with details of customer interactions.
