About The Role

SALARY: £24,950

LOCATION: Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office; however, flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, 35 hours a week

We are looking for a New Business Advisor to process and verify details on documents from our dealers and retailers. This high-paced role will be instrumental in ensuring that dealer applications and queries, either over the phone or through correspondence, are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
  • Entering/handling customer and dealer data via internal systems, ensuring processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy being paramount.
  • Validating customer documentation with proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
  • Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
  • Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role.
