About The Role
SALARY: From 69,300 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We're looking for a Channel Manager to lead the strategy, performance and development of our warranty propositions across Volkswagen Group brands. You'll shape the future direction of our warranty products, working with senior stakeholders, partners and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, commercial growth and regulatory excellence. This influential and commercially focused role will be instrumental in driving channel performance, enhancing customer outcomes and ensuring our warranty products continue to evolve in line with customer needs, market trends and business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining and delivering the channel strategy and roadmap for our warranty products, including Approved Used, Extended Warranty, EV Battery, Ancillary and All-in propositions.
- Driving commercial performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve customer experience and maximise channel effectiveness.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Volkswagen Group brands, retailers, suppliers and senior leadership teams.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver new products, enhancements and digital solutions from concept through to market launch.
- Using customer, market and performance insights to continuously improve propositions and drive positive customer and commercial outcomes.
- Ensuring all channel activity operates within regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional customer standards.

Essential experience & skills:
- Proven experience delivering commercial performance within a regulated environment, ideally automotive, financial services, insurance or a related sector.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, propositions or customer-focused products and services.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and gain buy-in from senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use insights and data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, with a strong focus on delivering fair customer outcomes.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for a range of audiences.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers or third-party partners.
- A customer-centric approach, coupled with strong commercial awareness and a drive to deliver results.
