New Business Advisor - Milton Keynes About The Role SALARY:24,950 LOCATION: Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role. Were looking for a New Business Advisor to process and verify details on documents from our dealers and retailers This high paced role will be instrumentalin ensuring that dealer applications and queries, either over the phone or through correspondence, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. What youll be doing: Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone. Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy being paramount. Validating customer documentation with proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer. Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services. Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role What youll bring: Youll be aexcellent communicator.
