HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for an Asset Risk Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of contract and vehicle data across our systems, ensuring our customers and colleagues have access to reliable information that supports informed decisions and exceptional service. This analytical and detail-focused role will be instrumental in supporting our Fleet business by ensuring quotation accuracy, maintaining vehicle data, improving processes, and helping deliver a seamless customer and colleague experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing contract and vehicle data across our systems to ensure fleet quotations are accurate and up to date.
- Investigating and resolving data discrepancies, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
- Supporting the maintenance of vehicle information used across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Managing enquiries through the shared mailbox, providing a professional and timely service to customers and colleagues.
- Preparing and validating partner subsidy claims, ensuring accurate records and financial recovery.
- Supporting system enhancements by contributing to testing, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
