We are seeking an experienced and data driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will deliver top-notch financial forecasting, planning and reporting services while focusing on data quality and best practices. As a champion of efficiency and innovation, you will leverage BI tools to enhance our processes and maintain our high-quality output.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including those related to the E-OHB, FCA, and ECB.
  • Produce internal and shareholder reports, with a focus on continuous improvement through automation and efficiency.
  • Champion data quality by maintaining data dictionaries and understanding data lineage.
  • Support the development of financial models and forecasting processes across the company.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of KPIs and financial statements to drive business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with cost centre managers to promote efficiency and value-for-money spending, ensuring accountability through the benefits realisation process.

Required skills and experience:

  • Automotive finance or relevant experience with data literacy in building and maintaining financial models
  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience
  • Business partnering experience in a large corporate environment, managing senior stakeholders
  • Planning and forecasting experience with International Accounting Standards and the Financial Services-oriented Controlling Concept
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues with integrity at all levels
  • Analytical skills and commercial awareness to deliver management and financial accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SAP BW, and Tableau

Hybrid Working:

As part of our hybrid working arrangements, we are giving our colleagues the opportunity to work a minimum of one day in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected, and you can work in the office more if you\’d prefer. The hybrid working policy can be applied differently at departmental level as the role requires. We would also expect new colleagues joining us to work from the office for the entirety of their training period until competent in role.
