As a Wholesale Operations Specialist, you will be joining a dynamic team within our Credit Assessment and Retailer Services Department. Your main focus is to manage approximately 80 manual and multiple automated processes across various systems. Your responsibilities will include completing time-bound critical wholesale funding processes and collaborating with colleagues to check accuracy and quality. You will handle multiple tasks daily, requiring independence and effective teamwork. You should have great attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills to support our Dealers and stakeholders. Experience in financial services would be hugely beneficial for the successful candidate.

This is what your responsibilities include:
- Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with compliance and Organisational Manual for European Banking OMEB regulations.
- Responsible for the completion of daily assigned tasks which must be completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively across the team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed and provide further support on outstanding tasks or help solve more complex queries.
- Support problem resolution, build in-depth product and technical knowledge across multiple systems and applications to understand how data and information is held and analyse the information to help resolve customer queries.
- Ensure transactions from VWG are received in and processed correctly by carrying out checks of all system transactions flows on a regular basis. Investigate any anomalies and take corrective action, escalating any identified systems issues to the Team Leader.
