Hybrid working: We operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times when you will need to be in more frequently depending on business needs.

We are looking for a Treasury Accounting & Finance Undergraduate to join our team. In this role you will balance daily operational duties as well as being responsible for monthly tasks including reporting, data investigations, and reconciliations. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can collaborate with the wider Treasury and Structured Finance teams on various projects.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing and managing daily cash sheets and payments to strict deadlines
- Investigating differences between the forecast and actual closing balances each day and explaining your findings
- Working closely with the Treasury team regarding daily cash flow and loan/deposit requirements
- Ensuring payment requests for all maturing loans are prepared and signed daily, including the planning of Finance Management signature availability
- Accurately maintaining the loan portfolio spreadsheets to ensure that all loan liabilities are recorded, resolving differences, and providing commentary on exceptions
- Maintaining and monitoring the Treasury Mailbox, responding to any internal and external queries arising

What Our Recruitment Process Looks Like

- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
