Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.
Eligibility: To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible for this placement.

What will you be doing?
- Working on Dealer Commission project – calculating impact of FCA redress scheme
- Delivering regulatory changes
- Used Car Profitability Analysis
- Point of Sale replacement
- Develop an understanding around the core financial calculation impacting Volkswagen Financial Services and check Point of Sales Systems for compliance.
- Support the Controlling team with the annual planning process
- Support key projects deputising as subject matter expert when appropriate
- Support adhoc queries from internal and external teams
- Produce reports and analysis data to support the General Manager – Pricing and Planning Methods, Head of Planning and Pricing and the Director of Risk and Controlling

What Our Recruitment Process Looks Like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
