Job Title: Planning Analyst Apprenticeship
Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £16,000 per annum with an increase to £18,765 in your 2nd year
Contract: 2-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Hybrid Working: Apprentices work in the office 3 days per week; there may be times when more frequent presence is required depending on business needs.
Join the Planning Operations team as a Planning Analyst Apprentice. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop skills in data analysis, business planning, and performance reporting. You will support Planning Analysts, Senior Planners, and the Undergraduate team to deliver insights that drive Customer Operations forward.

What will you be doing?
- Complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Applied AI & Data Specialist
- Update the daily performance summary with accurate statistics from the previous day
- Track Outsourcer Partners’ productive hours and compare against targets
- Maintain and update historical data in Timings Reports
- Complete headline statistical tables and share with relevant teams, with meaningful commentary
- Listen to customer calls and record findings, flagging concerns to the Planning team
- Support the Planning team by collecting and organising data to manage departmental performance
- Respond to requests from Customer Operations and update Workforce Planning systems
- Assist with maintaining accurate training and performance records
