SALARY: Starting from £49,300 pa dependent on experience

LOCATION: One Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes, MK15 8HG

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Permanent - 35 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Product Owners to support the day-to-day management of activities.
  • Working collaboratively with VWG Brands; internal stakeholders and the Retailer Network to create and manage integration roadmaps that prioritise all activities.
  • Responsible for diagnosis and triage of any issues when the product, service or digital asset is live in the market.
  • Proactively work with colleagues from across the business in identifying integration impacts and efficiencies across multiple areas of the business and implement solutions to deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Being the liaison between key retailer partners, brands and VWFS in relation to all product team activities.
  • Support the effective and efficient delivery of new products and services by providing technical knowledge and expertise from VWFS’ existing product portfolio, processes and systems.
  • Develop and proactively manage a close relationship with other Product Integration Managers in order to identify and manage when product activities overlap and subsequently manage these dependencies.
  • Provide SME input and leading practice knowledge into business wide data sharing best practices, security and methodology in conjunction with other key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’re an experienced PIM with previous experience directly within automotive or financial services sectors.
  • You’ll have a tenacious approach with the focus and determination to get things done effectively, looking for solutions to overcome difficulties.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Thorough experience and proven ability to manage external suppliers and budgets.
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels internally within the organisation and Brands.
  • Business experience and commercial acumen essential.
  • The ability to interpret complex problems, formulate solutions and manage resources to ensure effective delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within pre-defined key performance indicators.
  • Relationship skills - ability to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad variety of company and partner personnel.
  • Excellent team player, able to interact cross-functionally at different levels within the organisation.
