What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead multi‑level customer relationships, including meetings and presentations with C‑suite contacts at FTSE 250 companies.
- Support fleet department strategy development and lead proposition development projects.
- Achieve ambitious sales, profit and other objectives as agreed with the Head of Fleet Sales for existing strategic and corporate business.
- Support the effective bids and tenders process of new business clients by ensuring a professional and structured response.
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan for all relevant channels, balancing ambition and strategic planning to ensure smart, profitable year‑on‑year growth.
- Provide senior‑level sponsorship for strategic prospects, supporting high‑value sales opportunities and acting as a point of resolution for client escalations to ensure optimum customer experience.
- Engage, train, develop, motivate and lead the Strategic Sales Managers and Corporate Business Development Managers to achieve national targets through regular team and individual performance meetings.
- Support the effective implementation of new business clients by ensuring a professional and structured implementation process.
- Measure and control fleet spend by sales channel to ensure sales targets are delivered in line with the budget.

- Ability to build effective relationships and successfully negotiate at Board of Director level across complex organisational structures, including our customer base, VWG and VWFS.
- Deep understanding of the Master Lease Agreement with excellent commercial acumen.

- Capability to train, develop and motivate sales teams.

- Company Bonus: Discretionary 10% on‑target bonus (based on personal and group company performance).
- Sales Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to an additional ÂŁ21k per annum based on meeting key performance metrics.
