HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for an IAM Analyst to join our IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining IAM compliance across the company, supporting all relevant business processes and contributing to maintaining the highest standards of IAM compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate the gathering of information required for the execution of annual, bi-annual, and local recertification processes. This will include preparing certification spreadsheets and staff lists, verifying line management and authorisation management.
- Managing the approval process with organisational units, resolving queries and discrepancies and tracking remediation measures.
- Support operational areas with role structuring and resource planning to mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
- Submit completed annual and bi-annual recertifications for review by the IAM Authority.
- Assist operational functions in complying with IAM requirements, ensuring SoD conflicts are effectively managed through appropriate business role definitions.
- Act as the first point of escalation for SoD conflicts detected during access requests, facilitating approval or removal in collaboration with the IAM Authority.
- Support stakeholders in creating high‑quality Authorisation Concepts for their applications, from initial creation through to required annual reviews, ensuring alignment with IAM Policy.
- Provide 2nd line support in relation to Aditus and IAM to help support 1st line with achieving compliance of the IAM Policy through the required processes.
Essential Experience & Skills
- You’ll be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of IAM principles and requirements.
- You have a Governance background within either IT Governance, Risk Control or Audit.
- Understanding of Identity Access Management including certification, toxic combinations of roles, and role-based access control.
- Ability to analyse and apply relevant data to situational assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced communicator who has worked with end-users (including senior executives), through both written and verbal methods.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously, flexibly, and with enthusiasm.
