SALARY: Starting from £48,109.60 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office; however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Fixed Term Contract until 15/03/2027, 35 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute digital marketing initiatives to support new and existing customers, leveraging VWFS UK owned and hybrid online journeys. This high impact role will be instrumental to delivering optimised digital experiences. The role will lead digital advertising activity to drive website traffic and oversee the management and governance of VWFS UK websites, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and brand standards. The role also holds responsibility for reporting across digital journeys, while continuously exploring new technologies and opportunities to enhance and evolve the digital customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering digital marketing activity across VWFS UK online journeys to drive awareness, sales and customer experience.
- Leading reporting for digital journeys, including dashboards, tagging, and ad hoc analysis in Adobe Analytics.
- Managing paid campaigns, budgets, targeting and performance across key platforms.
- Managing and updating VWFS UK consumer websites to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong UX.
- Owning website governance policies, ensuring compliance across all sites and overseeing CMPs, digital accessibility audits aligning with regulations.
- Managing domain setup, maintenance and alignment with global strategy.
- Monitoring emerging tech, UX and AI to improve journeys and reporting.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience in digital marketing roles, with an understanding of complex digital landscapes in a matrix environment.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics for ongoing reporting, data analysis and dashboard setup.
- Experience in Content Management Systems (desirable Adobe Experience Manager), building templates, adding components, creating webpages based on business requirements.
- Familiar with optimising website content and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies.
- An understanding and demonstrable experience of paid media campaigns (desirable Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
- Knowledge of website governance and experience with domain management and cookie consent management platforms.
- Relationship and collaboration skills - ability to develop and sustain positive and cooperative working relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders.
- Technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident at identifying friction points in online journeys and pro-actively proposing and implementing solutions.
