HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office; flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for a Delivery Practice Lead to head up a large community of agile and product‑focused change delivery professionals. You’ll build capability, nurture talent, and embed market‑leading delivery practices across the organisation. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our transformation agenda—shaping new ways of working and driving meaningful, customer‑focused change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a large community of change delivery professionals, ensuring they are equipped and supported to enable high‑priority change that matters for our customers and colleagues.
- Champion diverse change activity across multiple functions, supporting alignment to organisational goals and helping teams work in a more joined‑up, effective way.
- Own and deliver the lean‑agile coaching strategy, raising delivery capability and supporting teams and stakeholders to embed great practices.
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement, building trust and promoting a clear, collaborative approach to Product & Change Delivery.
- Play a key role in Quarterly Planning and the processes that guide how change is delivered across the organisation.
- Bring fresh thinking and external insight into the organisation, using industry best practice to continually raise the bar for delivery excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, creating regular feedback loops that enable continuous improvement and stronger delivery outcomes.
- Role model servant leadership, fostering psychological safety, inclusion, diversity, and equal voice across the community.
- Act as an expert consultant, helping teams apply the right delivery methods and stay focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
- Deputise for the Head of Ways of Working and contribute to the ongoing development of the C&PT function.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Significant experience leading and coaching large groups of delivery professionals, applying lean/agile principles in complex, fast‑moving environments.
- High proficiency with delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with the ability to turn ideas into clear, practical and delivery‑focused results.
- Training in agile delivery (e.g., Scaled Agile, Scrum Mastery, Product Delivery) is desirable.
- Experience in Financial Services and/or the Automotive sector is also desirable.
