SALARY: from ÂŁ68,216.80 per annum dependent on experience

LOCATION: One Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes, MK15 8HG

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We are looking for a data leader to shape our enterprise-wide analytics capability. This influential role will be critical to our data transformation and will drive the establishment of an analytics centre of excellence that produces game-changing analytics, elevates reporting standards across the business, and inspires a team of high-performing Data Analysts and Insight Specialists. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a central analytics team—how will you inspire them to be their best?
  • Enhancing and standardising senior-level reporting and presentations—can you make complex data compelling?
  • Improving automated and standard reporting across VWFS UK and VW Bank UK.
  • Translating performance insight into risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
  • Owning analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Driving consistency through clear standards and controls across analytics and reporting.
  • Supporting Front Office and Operations teams with meaningful commercial and customer insight.
  • Championing statistical analysis linked to key customer behaviours—how would you uncover the "why" behind performance?
  • Collaborating across our data leadership community to allocate resources where they create the most value.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture—how would you help teams embrace data literacy and adoption?

  • Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)
  • Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
