Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

Please consider before applying if you live more than 60 minutes away from post code MK15 8HG, that you would need to relocate to either Milton Keynes or be a commutable distance (within 60 minutes).

Join our Fleet Marketing team as a Marketing & Campaigns Undergraduate, supporting campaign delivery, product marketing, customer engagement and marketing operations. This placement offers hands-on experience across digital media campaigns, email and social channels, events, product launches and reporting, helping the team attract prospects, engage customers and support business growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct customer, market and competitor research to support sales and marketing strategy.
  • Support the development of insight-led campaigns based on customer and industry trends.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning for product launches and updates.
  • Create sales enablement content such as pitch decks, fact sheets, personas and case studies.
  • Support campaign delivery across digital and offline channels, including email, SEO, PPC, paid social, display and trade advertising.
  • Support marketing operations activity in Pardot and Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and campaign reporting.
  • Monitor database quality and support data integrity activity to improve accuracy and completeness.
  • Support budget administration, agency coordination, branded merchandise, diary coordination, room booking and supplier management.

  • Studying towards a Business, Marketing or related degree.
  • Demonstrable research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders up to Head of level.
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data.
  • High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with intermediate Word and PowerPoint capability.
  • An interest in the automotive, fleet leasing or mobility sector.
  • An interest in B2B marketing, campaigns, digital activity and events.
