LOCATION: Milton Keynes

SALARY: Starting from £24,950 pa

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office; however, flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Fixed term contract (6 months), 35 hours per week

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Fleet Customer Service advisor to join our team supporting customers and dealerships with vehicle deliveries. You’ll be the friendly voice and problem solver who keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring every customer receives a fast, accurate and professional service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support our customers by phone and email ensuring excellent customer service
  • Updating records and managing customer details so everything runs smoothly
  • Coordinating vehicle orders and keeping everyone in the loop from start to finish
  • Connecting customers and dealership to make sure deliveries are timely
  • Handling admin tasks and emails efficiently
  • Taking ownership of each query to deliver excellent service and ensure every customer feels understood

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for delivering great customer experiences, a focus on accuracy and detail, and a mindset geared toward proactive, efficient problem-solving.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the motivation to respond swiftly and effectively.
  • PC literate, with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong customer service focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act (desirable, but not essential).
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
