LOCATION: One Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for a Customer Services Executive – Fleet who can support in the delivery of excellent customer service each and every time. You may be delivering this service through email or on the phone so we need someone that’s comfortable with all communication methods with strong attention to detail.
This role will be instrumental in delivery of a comprehensive range of products and services, specialising in the growth and development of our contract hire portfolio to the Corporate and fleet customer. The role of the Customer Advisor – Fleet will work within our award winning fleet department to order and deliver new vehicles whilst building customer and supplier relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
- Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
- Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated.
- Liaison between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details
- Payment of supplier vehicle invoices
- Responding on email/admin queries and using outbound calls as a ‘one and done’ to get the right customer outcomes
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Ensure clarity and understanding of a customers’ requirement by providing proactive customer service, with excellent industry and product knowledge.
- Monitoring, diarising and completing daily administration tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Sense of urgency and motivated to act swiftly

- Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities
- Strong customer service focus is essential
- An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both verbally and written.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
