Hybrid working: We operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times when you need to be in more frequently depending on business needs.
Eligibility: To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible for this placement.
Relocation/Commute: Please consider if you live more than 60 minutes away from MK15 8HG; you would need to relocate to Milton Keynes or be a commutable distance (within 60 minutes).
We are looking for a Commercial Performance Data Analyst undergraduate who will help us understand if we’re making the right changes and working towards the right outcomes by understanding how we’re performing. If you’re driven, hard-working, and have strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset, we’d like to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
- You will provide support to our Commercial Development Manager by providing visibility on our commercial performance to the Senior Leadership Team
- You will provide regular reporting of online sales performance to our UK and headquarter colleagues
- Support market research by understanding products and analysing offers in the market
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives, shape commercial strategies, and present insights in a clear, compelling way tailored to different audiences
What are we looking for?
- You\’re studying a degree in finance, maths, economics or something business related
- Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft skills including PowerPoint and Excel with an eagerness to learn more
