We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical and motivated individual to work alongside our brands and execute the implementation of products and services for all sales channels. Reporting to the Campaign Product Operations Manager, this role is brand aligned and is responsible for design, pricing, development, implementation and execution of products and services.

You will work closely with Volkswagen Group Brands and VWFS Brand Management to deliver detailed products and services for all sales channels, including Retail, Fleet, Digital and Aftersales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively launch the campaigns and aftersales products into our Point of Sales (PoS) and digital systems to ensure products and services meet commercial objectives and targets balancing volume and margin.
  • Manage, execute and maintain a bespoke, complex package infrastructure to support Retailers to sell our finance products, and influence planning and package structure for our Sales, Quotation Service and Business Controlling colleagues.
  • Conduct routine analysis using reporting tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Campaign Analysis Tool (CAT) to ensure quality and compliant campaigns are launched and challenge this where appropriate.
  • Manage, track, and prioritise workload effectively utilising tools such as Salesforce / Power Automate to support receiving, categorising and assigning new tasks.
  • Develop reporting tools from workload management tools to identify root causes and address reoccurring campaign issues.
  • Establish relationships with multiple areas of the business and execute Purchase and Lease product propositions including CTP, Value Added Products, Agency and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Ensure Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation of retailer remuneration is met by acting compliantly and ensuring Volkswagen Finance Services (UK) Ltd. (VWFS UK) product policies are upheld and are reflective of the product portfolio in PoS system.
  • Collate, validate and reconcile retailer commissions across all remuneration methods to ensure quick and accurate fulfilment of retailer agreements.
  • Manage the Volkswagen Group (VWG) outlet maintenance process in Connect OnLine (CoL) for Retail, Fleet and Digital business including Loyalty Online data configuration to ensure accurate representation for all retailers, brokers and digital partners.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly define and resolve complex business process issues.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels. This should include the ability to interpret information in a way that is facilitated to the understanding of the audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence Brands to ensure FCA compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and deliver results within pre-defined key performance indicators.
  • PC literate, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. (Intermediate level)
  • Knowledge and experience of financial services industry and business processes.
  • Training in and knowledge of FCA regulations; coupled with the ability to apply knowledge to check compliance of campaigns.
