We’re looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to understand needs, shape ideas and turn them into clear requirements that support effective change. This analytical role will be instrumental in supporting business change by defining requirements, mapping processes, identifying impacts and helping ensure solutions deliver the right outcomes for our customers, colleagues and wider organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, opportunities and priorities.
- Gathering and documenting clear requirements that help shape practical business solutions.
- Mapping current processes and designing future ways of working that support better outcomes.
- Identifying impacts, risks, issues and assumptions so they can be understood and managed effectively.
- Supporting change activity from early planning through to delivery, helping teams stay aligned on what needs to be achieved.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll be a confident communicator, presenter and problem solver, able to understand process and technical development, build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- You’ll have a pro-active focus on delivering meaningful business change, with the ability to ask the right questions, challenge thinking where appropriate and keep the end-to-end customer and business journey in mind.
Essential experience & skills:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business change, transformation or process improvement role.
- Strong ability to gather, document and manage business requirements.
- Experience mapping business processes and identifying improvements or impacts.
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders across different business areas.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly at different levels.
