Salary: £22,912 pa
Contract: 12‑13 months FTC (Start dates in June/July)

Hybrid working: We operate a hybrid policy with 3 days in office per week. Occasional higher attendance may be required.

Eligibility: Must be currently studying for an undergraduate degree requiring a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible.

Commute: Applicants residing more than 60 minutes from MK15 8HG must relocate to Milton Keynes or be within a 60‑minute commute.

What we’re looking for: Strong numerical skills, interest in business, economics, maths, marketing or accountancy, driven, analytical, creative thinker.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key brand performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performing checks to maintain information integrity.
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Manage the all‑Brand Event Calendar and share with the wider brand management team, campaigns and sales.
  • Handle internal PR for Volkswagen Group Model launches, liaising with Internal Communications, Product Managers and wider business.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, delivering growth opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying a degree in mathematics, business, humanitarian studies, psychology, politics or related field.
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independence, time‑management skills, and demonstrated personal growth via job experience, sports, university projects or other relevant experiences.
