Do you thrive on building long-term, strategic fleet relationships? Are you motivated by delivering outstanding commercial performance, developing high-performing teams and making a meaningful commercial impact in a fast-changing market? Working closely with factory and Group Fleet International colleagues, you will help unlock local and global fleet opportunities, while also supporting transformation projects, legal framework requirements and key compliance responsibilities.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • Proven leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and performance manage a team.
  • Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry and the fleet market, with experience and understanding of true fleet channels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen, including the ability to manage fleet support spend and deliver sales targets in line with budget.
  • Experience developing and implementing customer and sales channel strategies across corporate, SME, public sector and small business programmes.
  • Ability to maximise sales performance with existing customers, identify new prospects and manage sales funnel and prospecting activity through CRM data and approach.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management ability, with effective relationship building at all levels including retailer, brand, factory and international colleagues.
  • Experience managing tenders, developing business cases and supporting operational or business transformation activity.
  • Strong drive, tenacity and focus on achieving targets and results.

What can we offer you?

Along with a competitive salary, car schemes (including cars for family members), discretionary bonus, fuel card, enhanced pension contributions, private healthcare, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, 4 x life assurance & health & wellbeing support, we also offer a wide range of flexible benefits to suit you and your lifestyle.
