Audi are recruiting for an Aftersales Programme Development Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager you will be responsible for designing and developing projects and products to drive customer retention, network profitability and sustainable growth in network revenue. You will focus on maintaining existing customers, regaining lost customers and maximising margin and volume contribution. You will also grow and develop the range of network and customer offerings.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Used to working with and managing external suppliers to deliver KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience of working in a customer focused organisation.
- Analytical skills and commercial ability to identify opportunities for revenue and/or growth.
- Good organisational and numerical skills to deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of delivering results through other functions and teams.
